  • Can I really wash my own pet and do I need to bring any supplies?

Yes you can…we have 8 semi-private, self-serve tubs that make bathing your pet much easier than bathing in your own bath tub. We supply all shampoos, conditioners, brushes, combs, ear cleaning solution with cotton swabs, towels, aprons, scrubbers, blow dryers, grooming table, cologne, and bandana. All you need is a dog & a leash…we provide the rest.

Can I get my pet’s toe nails trimmed when using the self-serve wash area?

Yes, one of our professional groomers can trim your pet’s nails for a fee of $4.00 when you use our self-serve wash area.

How do I dry my dog?

We supply towels, and each self-serve tub area is equipped with a hand blow dryer, and high velocity blower which can quickly remove most water & loose hair from your pet’s coat. The more time you spend with the high speed blower, the less hair you’ll be taking home with you.

Is full service also available if I do not want to wash my own dog?

Yes, one of our staff can wash your dog. This service includes bath, brushing, ear cleaning, toe nail trim, fragrance, and bandana.

Do you offer professional grooming, also?

Yes, we have several professional groomers on staff available by appointment to tend to your dog’s grooming needs.

    Are shot records required?

Yes, for the safety of our staff, customers, and other dogs, we require shot records for grooming services.

    Do you groom cats?

No, at this time we only groom dogs.

Can I wash my cat in the self-serve wash area?

    Yes.

Am I able to just get my pet’s toe nails trimmed without having my dog bathed and/or groomed?

Yes, we can trim your pet’s nails for a fee of $7.00. If you are using our self-service pet wash, the fee is only $8.00.

Why does full-service grooming take so long?

First it would help to understand the process. The grooming is done in shifts. The first thing the groomer does is a rough cut to remove the majority of the hair. Then the dog is bathed and put into a cage to dry. While one dog is drying others are roughed out. Then, once dry, each dog is cut a second time and the finish/scissor work is completed. Additionally, we never know exactly how long each dog will take until the groomer actually gets to see and feel the dog. Each one has different hair, some may have matting or undercoat, and some dogs just aren't as cooperative with the grooming process. In an effort to shorten the time your pet is here, we stagger the drop-off times. Our goal is to get your pet in and out as quickly as possible, but still making sure the quality isn't compromised.

    Do you accept credit cards?
